PURPOSE: A guide block for a blind person is provided to prevent a surface material and a durable material from being easily slackened by integrally coupling the surface material and the durable material. CONSTITUTION: A guide block for a blind person is composed of a surface material(1) and a durable material coupled to the surface material. The surface material is molded by mixing polyethylene resin and stone powder with paint. A circular protrusion(1a) or linear protrusion shaped protruded guide unit is formed on the surface of the surface material. A recessed groove is formed on the bottom surface of the protruded guide unit. A honeycomb-shaped coupling surface(1d) is formed on the ceiling of the recessed groove. The durable material is formed by mixing crushed stone, cement, and water.
