FIELD: measurement equipment.SUBSTANCE: sensor is equipped with two dielectric bases, movably connected to each other by two elastic elements, between which along longitudinal axes of bases, on the surface of the first base there is the first contact element made in the form of a zigzag-shaped printed conductor from material with high specific resistance, and the second contact element, made in the form of a current-conducting elastic plate, one end of which is rigidly fixed on the insulating surface of the first base from the side of the first end of the printed conductor. The other end of the current-conducting elastic plate is fixed on the surface of the second base above the second end of the printed conductor. Elastic elements may be made in the form of plates, the first ends of which are fixed on the first dielectric base from the side of the second end of the printed conductor, and their second ends are fixed on the second dielectric base from the side of the first end of the printed conductor.
