According to an embodiment of the present invention, a windbreak device for welding a boiler water-cooled wall tube for thermal power generation comprises: a windbreak plate with a metal material having a fire resistant unit on one side; and at least one pair of windbreak plate fixing units for attaching and fixing the windbreak plate to the water-cooled wall tube to be attached to or detached from the water-cooled wall tube by a magnetic force.
