The present invention provides a light emitting device. The light emitting device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a first electrode which receives a first voltage on a base substrate; a light emitting layer located on the first electrode; a second electrode which is located on the light emitting layer and receives a second voltage different from the first voltage; and an electron injection/transport layer which is located between the light emitting layer and the second electrode and may include ZnO nanoparticles synthesized by dissolving a zinc compound and an alkaline material in an alcohol solvent.
