The present invention relates to a deformation preventing structure for a heat insulation device of a thermal storage tank. The present invention comprises: a heat insulation material formed to cover an entire outer surface of a thermal storage tank; a heat reserving material formed to cover the entire outer surface of the heat insulation material; and a deformation preventing member coupled to the heat insulation material and the heat reserving material and arranged along the surface of a circumference of a thermal storage tank and wherein one side surface having a plurality of communication grooves is formed to face the thermal storage tank. The deformation preventing member installed toward the outside of the thermal storage tank is radially arranged along the outer circumferential surface of the upper side of the thermal storage tank to enable heat transmitted from the thermal storage tank to the heat reserving material to be moved to the inside of the deformation preventing member through the communication grooves to prevent heat from being transmitted to the heat insulation material so as to prevent, in advance, deformation of the heat insulation material due to heat of the thermal storage tank to minimize a heat loss of the thermal storage tank to have excellent heat efficiency.
