The present invention relates to a swelling control system of a blanket through swelling measurement, and a swelling control method of a blanket using the same. The swelling control system of a blanket comprises: a measurement unit; a swelling control unit; and a drying unit. The measurement unit comprises: a first measurement unit measuring a swelling state of a surface of a blanket; and a second measurement unit measuring the swelling state of an inside of the blanket. The swelling control unit controls drying of the surface or the inside of the blanket based on the swelling state of the surface or the inside of the blanket measured in the measurement unit. The drying unit dries the surface or the inside of the blanket in accordance with control of the swelling control unit.
