<p>The installation (10) has an external air circuit (16) with a ventilator (19), and an input (17) connected outside of a building. An output (18) is connected inside of the building. A by-pass valve (21) is mounted parallel to a branch exchanger (22). The external air circuit comprises a heat pump system. A thermal refrigerating air-fluid exchanger (28) exchanges heat with an air circulating in the air extracted circuit. The thermal refrigerating air-fluid exchanger is located in an air extracted circuit (12) downstream from a compressor (32). An independent claim is also included for a method for regulating an installation.</p> |
