Disclosed is a method for implementing a device to device discovery service. The method comprises: a broadcast terminal calculates an integrity check code MIC according to a discovery key and a character string, the character string being related to a random number, a ProSe service code and a broadcast sequence number; and the broadcast terminal sends a broadcast message. Also disclosed are another method for implementing a device to device discovery service, a storage medium and terminals separately corresponding to the two methods.
