<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress line width variation of thin conductor wires forming a conductor mesh of a position detection electrode substrate.SOLUTION: A position detection electrode substrate 30 includes: a base material sheet 35; and a detection electrode 40 formed on the base material sheet. The detection electrode includes a conductor mesh 44 in which conductor wires 46 are arranged in a mesh pattern defining a plurality of opening regions 44. The conductor wires include: a conductive metal layer 47 made of copper or copper alloy; and a dark color layer 48 having copper nitride laminated with the conductive metal layer. Of the conductor wires forming the conductor mesh, the average line width W, thickness of the conductive metal layer tand thickness of the dark color layer tsatisfy a condition below: 2μm≤W≤5μm, 0.1μm≤t≤5μm, 0.02nm≤t≤2nm.</p> |
