PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle control device having improved efficiency of a double rotor motor.SOLUTION: A speed-up gear 50 that is a transmission is installed between an engine 10 and a slip ring mechanism 40 in a drive shaft 11. The speed-up gear 50 increases rotational frequency of an inner rotor 21 within a range in which a ratio of maximum rotational frequency of the inner rotor 21 to maximum frequency of an outer rotor 22 reaches 0.6 to 0.8.
