PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation device capable of suppressing deterioration of visibility due to a light scattering body, and capable of reducing size and a number of components.SOLUTION: A radiation device 1 comprises: a first light source 21 for emitting visible light or invisible light; and plural second light sources 31 for emitting invisible light or visible light. The first light source 21 is disposed so that, on each of plural determined rotation angle positions of a light reflection surface 41 around a first shaft, light emitted from the first light source 21 and reflected by the light reflection surface 41 forms one scanning line (one of RS1-3 and one of LS1-3) according to rotation of the light reflection surface 41 around a second shaft. The respective light sources 31a-31f of the second light sources are disposed so that, on each of plural determined rotation angle positions of the light reflection surface 41 around the first shaft, light emitted from the respective light sources and reflected by the light reflection surface 41 forms same scanning line which is same to one scanning line formed by light emitted from the first light source 21, according to rotation of the light reflection surface 41 around the second shaft. |
