PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle-riding type vehicle which enables improvement of the workability when a frame and an engine are fastened and thereby achieves productivity improvement.SOLUTION: A saddle-riding type vehicle includes: a head pipe (11); a main frame (20) extending at the rear side of the head pipe (11); and seat rails (30) which are positioned at the rear side of the main frame (20) and support a seat (2). The main frame (20) is fastened to an engine (50) by fastening members (70) which are provided from the outer side toward the inner side in a vehicle width direction. A knock pin (81 and/or 82) is provided between the main frame (20) and the engine (50) in a position located near at least one portion of the fastening member (70).
