<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a stainless-steel rotation shaft by resin-molding a rotor connector having a rotation shaft integrally, within a hollow part inside ring-formed rotor yokes.SOLUTION: In a step motor rotor structure and a manufacturing method of the same, a rotor body (10) composed of rotor yokes (4, 5) is installed in a metal mold (30), and a rotation shaft (1) provided inside the rotor body (10) and a rotor connector (20) provided between the rotation shaft (1) and the rotor body (10) are resin-molded by outsert molding, and the rotation shaft (1) and the rotor connector (20) are resin-molded integrally.</p> |
