<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enamel wire production method capable of suppressing generation of a foam formation area in an enamel coat, and producing a long wire stably, without increasing material cost.SOLUTION: The enamel wire production method of the invention is a production method for producing an enamel wire which has an enamel coat on an outer layer of a conductive wire. The production method comprises: a conductive wire drawing processing step for processing the conductive wire having predetermined outer diameter, by performing wire drawing of plural passes; a fragment erecting step for performing slide between a surface of the conductive wire having predetermined outer diameter and a blade member, for erecting a fragment of a scratch on the surface of the conductive wire; a fragment removal step for performing drawing of a skin pass by using a fragment removal die having opening diameter equal to that of a final drawing pass in the conductive wire drawing processing step, to the conductive wire which was subjected to the fragment erecting step, for removing the fragment; and an enamel coat formation step for forming an enamel coat by coating and galling an insulation coating to the conductive wire from which the fragment is removed.</p> |
