PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal or the like configured to prevent leakage of electronic information.SOLUTION: An electronic information management system 1 includes a mobile terminal 2, a server 3, a storage device 4, a transmitter 71, and a network 5. The mobile terminal 2 determines whether the mobile terminal 2 is located in a scheduled position and time, on the basis of a GPS signal 6 or a transmitter signal 72, in order to prevent leakage of electronic information stored inside, to manage the electronic information by permitting information display or deleting information. The mobile terminal also deletes information not used by a user against a future trouble, to ensure safety of information technically.
