PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antiinflammatory agent having inflammation inhibitory action.SOLUTION: The problem is solved by an antiinflammatory agent comprising a processed product of a flower of Pueraria lobata as an active ingredient. The antiinflammatory agent according to the present invention has inflammation inhibitory effect. Another embodiment of the present invention relates to an oral composition that comprises the antiinflammatory agent of the present invention or is made by blending the antiinflammatory agent into food and drink.
