<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constantly maintain the state that a diffuser flow path is throttled.SOLUTION: When a movable member 40 is moved outward to abut on an abutment part 15b, an upstream side and a downstream side of the movable member 40 in a diffuser flow path 22 are communicated with each other via slits 41. Then, the diffuser flow path 22 is throttled by the slits 41. The flow path cross section area of each of the slits 41 is unambiguously determined, and so when the upstream side and the downstream side of the movable member 40 in the diffuser flow path 22 are communicated with each other via the slits 41, a state that the diffuser flow path 22 is throttled is constantly maintained.</p> |
