<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor device which, while suppressing power consumption, suppresses a variation in the detection or cancellation of magnetic-field intensity due to noise generated by constituent elements inside a magnetism sensor device or exogenous noise.SOLUTION: The sensor device comprises: a physical quantity-voltage conversion element 1 for outputting a differential voltage corresponding to the magnitude of physical quantity; a differential amplifier 3 for amplifying an output signal of the physical quantity-voltage conversion element; a first capacitance C1 connected to a first output terminal of the differential amplifier and holding an offset voltage; a comparator 4 for making comparison of the amplified output signal of the physical quantity-voltage conversion element and producing an output; a low-pass filter circuit provided at the first output terminal of the differential amplifier; a control circuit 5; and a logical circuit for performing arithmetic operation on the output signal of the comparator and producing an output. The logical circuit performs consecutive multiple sessions of collation and determination on logical output when a change from the previous logical output occurs in the first-time logical output, and the low-pass filter circuit outputs a control signal to the control circuit so that it turns on in a signal processing period at and after the second time.</p> |
