an oil phase; a water phase; sucrose stearate emulsifier in an amount sufficient to form a lamellar phase; and a high HLB emulsifier having an HLB value between about 15 and about 20; wherein said mascara composition is in the form of an oil-in-water emulsion comprising a lamellar and/or micellar phase. |
