The present invention relates to a ramie vegetable broth and a method for producing the same. In particular, the present invention relates to a method for producing a ramie vegetable broth having excellent functions and functionalities, wherein a ramie extract having a particular sugar degree is produced from raw ramie, and the produced ramie extract is used as a vegetable broth, and to a ramie vegetable broth produced through the same. According to the present invention, raw ramie which is rarely used as a product is produced into an extract to be used as a material for a vegetable broth, so a ramie vegetable broth having excellent functions and functionalities can be produced. |
