PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tea with milk beverage having the fresh flavor of black tea, with the heat deterioration odor generated in manufacturing of the tea with milk beverage being suppressed.SOLUTION: To a black tea extract or a black tea preparation, pulverized tea leaves having average particle size of 1.0 μm or more and less than 30.0 μm are added to have a concentration of 50 ppm or more and less than 2000 ppm when taken. Consequently the heat deterioration odor of a packed tea with milk beverage is suppressed, so that the fresh flavor of black tea can be imparted to the packed tea with milk beverage and can be maintained. |
