PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new service using a photographed image of a user.SOLUTION: A management server (6) which provides a user with information comprises: a storage unit (402) for storing information relating to an image of a person in an ideal state; an information acquisition unit (419) for acquiring the photographed image of the user; and a difference calculation unit (418) which calculates how much different the photographed image of the user is from the image of the person in the ideal state, by using the photographed image acquired by the information acquisition unit and the information on the image of the person in the ideal state stored in the storage unit.
