PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the speed of multi-pass encoding processing be higher.SOLUTION: An information processor includes a storage unit and a control unit. The storage unit stores information on a plurality of encoders. The control unit can transmit a first instruction signal for instructing each of the plurality of encoders to encode input video data by using a first encoding condition differing from those of the other encoders of the plurality of encoders. The control unit, when image quality of the video data encoded by each of the plurality of encoders does not satisfy a predetermined criterion, acquires predetermined information related to the image quality from the encoded video data; and transmit a second instruction for instructing to encode the input video data by using a second encoding condition differing from the first encoding condition on the basis of the predetermined information, to at least one encoder of the plurality of encoders.
