Provided is a fine particle dispersing apparatus in which fine particles can be well dispersed in gas such as hot gas, so that the fine particles can be effectively dried and/or pre-heated, etc. [Solution] The fine particle dispersing apparatus is provided with a dispersing board capable of dispersing input fine particles, and is characterized in that: the upper surface of the dispersing board (1) is formed convex as a whole; the width thereof increases gradually toward the downstream side in the fine particle input direction (F); the dispersing board (1) is formed in symmetry with respect to a plane perpendicular to a plane through which the center line penetrates in the fine particle input direction (F) relative to the upper surface; and a line vertical to the center line is in parallel to a horizontal plane. The upper surface of the dispersing board (1) is provided with: a flat plane part (2) containing the center line in the fine particle input direction (F); flat plane parts (3) (3A and 3B) adjacent to the flat plane part (2) in the direction vertical to the center line and disposed at a given angle with respect to the flat plane part (2); and flat plane parts (4) (4A and 4B) adjacent to the flat plane parts (3) in the direction vertical to the center line and disposed at a given angle with respect to the flat plane parts (3). |
