PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a station service apparatus system, and an operation terminal, an automatic ticket examination machine, and a totaling device in the station service apparatus system that form the configuration of an automatic ticket examination machine and a monitoring board installed in a staff room by an automatic ticket examination machine, a movable operation terminal and totaling device, and that are enabled to mutually perform radio communication, and thereby to improve convenience for dealing with passengers.SOLUTION: A plurality of automatic ticket examination machines 21-27 installed at a ticket gate, a plurality of operation terminals 11-16 and totaling devices 30, 31 are configured to be able to perform radio communication. The automatic ticket examination machines set a riding determination condition applied to the respective automatic ticket examination machines on the basis of a program, fare data, installation environment data, or a variety of master data received from the totaling devices, determine a ticket presented by a user on the basis of the set riding determination condition, and transmit one article detail data of the ticket to the totaling devices. In addition, when a clerk makes a data transmission request or an operation instruction request to an automatic ticket examination machine from an operation terminal, the automatic ticket examination machine performs processing based on the request. |
