A tension control method for a synchronous paper connecting machine comprises: step A: determining whether an action occurs according to an action signal of a paper cutter collected in real time, if yes, performing step B, and if not, performing step C; step B: controlling a tension detection control structure to output a preset value, outputting by a pneumatic brake a corresponding brake torque according to the preset value, and when the preset value is output for a preset time, performing step C; step C: controlling the tension detection control structure to collect a tension signal in real time and compare the tension signal with the preset value, controlling a tension controller to generate a corresponding output value according to a comparison result, and outputting by the pneumatic brake a corresponding brake torque according to the output value; and returning to step A. By means of the method, the tension of new paper rolls can be rapidly stabilized during paper delivery. |
