PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress wear of a cleaning member, and suppress the occurrence of uneven wear of a cleaning target body due to vibration of the cleaning member and abnormal noise due to vibration of the cleaning member.SOLUTION: A cleaning blade 62 has a main body part 621 and an edge part 622. In the cleaning blade 62, the ratio x of the length (edge width) of the edge part 622 (L2) to the length (free length) of a portion not fixed to a supporting member 61 (L1) and the rubber hardness y of the edge part 622 satisfy the following three conditions. (1) 80≤y≤90, (2) y≥-40x+95, and (3) y≤-40x+110. |
