<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ornament and a skin contact material excellent in corrosion resistance, metallic powder for powder metallurgy, enabling easy production of an ornament with high corrosion resistance, and a method for producing an ornament.SOLUTION: A watch case 11 (ornament) includes a case body 112 and a band fitting part 114. The watch case 11 is includes a metallic powder sintered body as a material containing Co as the chief ingredient, 16-35 mass% of Cr, 3-12 mass% of Mo, 0.3-2.0 mass% of Si, and 0.09-0.5 mass% of N. Part of Si is contained as silicon oxide, and a ratio of Si contained as silicon oxide in Si is preferably 20-80 mass%.</p> |
