摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic flaw inspection method in which the influence of a reflection wave from a surface of a measured object on which flaw detection is performed is reduced.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic flaw inspection method of inspecting an internal flaw existing in a measured object by transmitting an ultrasonic wave from a probe to the measured object and receiving a reflection wave uses an ultrasonic probe which is arranged vertical to the surface of the measured object so as to inspect an internal flaw of the measured object and an ultrasonic transmitter for surface reflection wave canceling which is arranged at a position spatially different from the ultrasonic probe. The ultrasonic transmitter transmits an ultrasonic wave with the phase shifted by 180 degrees with respect to the ultrasonic probe so that the arrival time to the surface of the measured object becomes the same as the arrival time of the ultrasonic wave from the ultrasonic probe.</p>
