<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell for inspection used for inspection of a fluorometer that is simple and can be performed under a stable condition, and provide an inspection method of the fluorometer using the cell for inspection.SOLUTION: A fluorometer includes, in a housing, a light source unit for irradiating an object with excitation light, and a light receiving unit for receiving fluorescence generated from the object. In inspecting the fluorometer, a cell 300 for inspection is inserted into the fluorometer and emits fluorescence in response to the radiated excitation light. Of the cell 300 for inspection, at least an excitation light irradiated unit 303 irradiated with excitation light is made of a cycloolefin polymer (COP).</p> |
