摘要 The purpose of the present invention is to calculate parameters that match the data processing structure of a Web system. On the basis of operation data of the Web system, including flow rate control parameters that include both a maximum queue size, which indicates the maximum size of a queue allowed to temporarily store request data, and a max threads constraint, which indicates the maximum number of parallel threads allowed to process request data, an extraction unit (22) obtains internal retention times that were taken to process request data in the Web system when an internally retained request count, which is the sum of the queue size and the number of parallel threads used to process the request data, was at different values. A coefficient calculation unit (23) calculates coefficients for an approximation formula that matches the data processing structure of the Web system, by applying the approximation formula to the internal retention times obtained by the extraction unit (22), which correspond to the different values of the internally retained request count. A parameter calculation unit (24) calculates new flow rate control parameters from the approximation formula using the coefficients calculated by the coefficient calculation unit (23).
