The present invention relates to a cooling apparatus which induces cooled liquid in a liquid storage tank and liquid introduced into the liquid storage tank to sequentially flow toward an outlet without being mixed, thereby being capable of maximizing cooling efficiency and securing a flow path within the liquid storage tank even if the cooled liquid is frozen. The cooling apparatus of the present invention comprises: a liquid storage tank into which liquid is introduced and stored; a cooling pipe for cooling liquid stored in the liquid storage tank by removing heat from the liquid; a freezing cycle for supplying low-pressure refrigerant gas to the cooling pipe; a fluid flow inducing means consisting of a supporter located along the inner center portion of the liquid storage tank, and a spiral plate which is fixed along the outer circumferential surface of the supporter and which induces liquid, introduced into the liquid storage tank, to sequentially flow toward the outlet; and a flow path securing means which is provided to the liquid storage tank so that liquid within the liquid storage tank can be discharged into the outlet even if the liquid is frozen. |
