<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head rest that enables a user to obtain a click feeling when turning a head rest body in a longitudinal direction and that can improve operability of the head rest body. <P>SOLUTION: The head rest includes a head rest pillar 1, a lock bracket 4, the head rest body 50, a lock mechanism, and a click mechanism. The click mechanism includes at least one support 1a, and an uneven engaging part 60 that is provided at a peripheral edge of a slit 53a of at least one bottom cover part 53 and in which a plurality of uneven parts 60a and 60b engaged with the at least one support 1a are formed. Thus, since the head rest body is turned in the longitudinal direction so that a plurality of projections of the uneven engaging part can get over the at least one support and so that depressions can move to engage with the at least one support, the click feeling is aroused. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
