<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coordinates detection device which can detect coordinates of an object in a three-dimensional area. <P>SOLUTION: A three-dimensional coordinates detection device 1 comprises a plurality of two-dimensional coordinates detection devices 11 to 15 for detecting a two-dimensional coordinates P (x, y) of an object in a two-dimensional coordinates area. The respective two-dimensional coordinates detection devices 11 to 15 are arranged in parallel in a normal direction against faces of respective two-dimensional coordinates areas in order to make the respective two-dimensional coordinates area be parallel to each others. The three-dimensional coordinates detection device 1 detects a three-dimensional coordinates (x, y, z) in which a position in the normal direction against a face of each two-dimensional coordinates area is added to the coordinates P (x, y) detected by each of the two-dimensional coordinates detection devices 11 to 15, on the basis of coordinates detected by each of the two-dimensional coordinates detection devices 11 to 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
