The long exposure-image motion detection unit (42) detects a motion of a long exposure image based on a previous long exposure image and a long exposure at present time and generates motion detection information of a long exposure image. The integration unit (3) integrates the motion detection information of the long exposure image with the motion detection information of the short exposure image and outputs integrated motion detection information.
