摘要 The present invention relates to an inspection system of tuyeres of a furnace, comprising: photographing units which are installed on observation holes of each tuyere installed in a furnace to photograph a lance nozzle installed in the tuyere from the observation hole to supply pulverized coal; a posture measuring sensor installed in the photographing unit to provide posture information of the photographing unit; a control unit to determine whether the lance nozzle is deformed based on an image of the lance nozzle photographed by the photographing unit and to determine whether the tuyere is bent based on the posture information of the photographing unit provided by the posture measuring sensor; and a display unit to selectively display information on whether the lance nozzle is deformed and information on whether the tuyere is bent, which are supplied from the control unit, and the image photographed by the photographing unit. According to the present invention, the inspection system of the tuyeres of a furnace senses a defect in the lance nozzle and the bending of the tuyere by the posture measuring sensor and the photographing units installed in each tuyere of the furnace, thereby improving the sensing reliability. Therefore, the inspection system of the tuyeres of a furnace determines and deals with the safety of the furnace, the maintenance of facilities, and work conditions.
