<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive supply apparatus for securing uniform and high filling space while maintaining narrow line width to prevent a sealing or an adhesive from flowing, and to provide an adhesive supply method. <P>SOLUTION: The adhesive supply apparatus, which supplies an adhesive R curable by irradiation with ultraviolet rays, includes: a supply part 10 for linearly supplying the adhesive R to a workpiece S1; and an irradiation part 11 for irradiating ultraviolet rays having energy which is necessary for an adhesive to be cured at an interface of the adhesive R and the workpiece S1 together with supplying the adhesive R by the supply part 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
