<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specimen holder having a mechanism rotatable around an approximate longitudinal shaft of a holder body, and a specimen holder driving device. <P>SOLUTION: This specimen holder comprises a specimen holder body, and a specimen stationary base for holding a specimen. A rotation mechanism capable of rotating the specimen stationary base around an approximate longitudinal shaft of the specimen holder body by 360 degrees regardless of a specimen driving device of a microscope is provided inside the specimen holder. Also, in a preferred embodiment, this specimen holder further has a shaft inclining mechanism rotatable around a shaft orthogonal to an approximate longitudinal direction of the holder body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
