Disclosed is a system to manufacture a tank. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system to manufacture a tank comprises: a rotor unit rotating a first unit member and a second unit member disposed to be adjacent to each other to have a boundary slanted to an axis of rotation; and a welding unit which moves to be parallel to the axis of rotation, welding the boundary between the first unit member and the second unit member.
