<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save energy and extend service life by reducing the frequency of start-up of a standby machine, while maintaining stable operation function of a compressor. <P>SOLUTION: The forcible switching circuit 8 comprises: a setting part 10 for setting maximum stop time in which the stable operation function of the compressor can be maintained even if stop of a compressor continues; a storage part 12 for storing the number of standby machines; a signal generator 14 for outputting a switching signal 13 when the pressure of a compressed fluid stored in a storage tank 3 is maintained in a preset range; a calculator 16 for calculating forcible switching time 15 by dividing the maximum stop time 9 by the number of the standby machines; and a switching device 19 for starting a standby machine when the forcible switching time 15 calculated by the calculator 16 has passed by the switching signal 13 from the signal generator 14 and stops operation of a machine in operation when the pressure of the compressed fluid in the storage tank 3 is raised by the start of the standby machine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
