<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for suppressing an increase in collision probability of simultaneous transmission between wireless tags due to shortening of a signal transmission interval from each wireless tag and capable of preventing reduction in wireless tag search performance due to extension of the signal transmission interval in a wireless tag searching system.SOLUTION: An increase in collision probability is suppressed by controlling each wireless tag so that a signal transmission interval is extended in accordance with an increase in the number of wireless tags existing in a wireless search area and a user is quickly and highly frequently notified of a position change of a wireless tag by controlling the wireless tag so that a signal transmission interval from the wireless tag is shortened before missing a wireless tag separated far from a tag search apparatus or a wireless tag moving away from the tag search apparatus at a high speed from the inside of the wireless search area.</p> |
