<p>A traffic information notifying system, program and method effectively and efficiently notify a notified vehicle from an object vehicle about the driving state of the object vehicle in reverse driving state. The system comprises a vehicle position determination portion which determines the position of the object vehicle, a road information acquiring portion which acquires road information containing driving situation of the object vehicle relative to the specified driving direction of the road, a driving information acquiring portion which acquires driving direction information containing the driving direction of the object vehicle relative to the driving situation, a reverse state determination portion which determines whether the object vehicle is in a reverse driving state according to the road information, the driving information and preset reverse driving determination conditions, and a driving state information sending portion which sends driving state information representing driving state to notifying objects when the object vehicle is determined in a reverse driving state and the preset notifying conditions are satisfied.</p> |
