The system has a stem (1) slidably mounted between two uprights, where the stem comprises an end (1b) provided with a chucking device. A washer (15) comprises an upper indentation (16). A cam (8) is arranged such that a lever (9) is rotated along an axis perpendicular to a shaft. The washer comprises a lower mold (18) offset angularly with respect to the upper indentation. The cam is moved in a released position on a reversibly lower indentation by rotation of the lever along an axis of the stem in an assembly position of an accessory on the uprights.
