FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: sublimation dryer represents a vertical cylindrical chamber divided in two with the help of a multilayered perforated flooring made of a non-ferromagnetic material. The chamber contains a nipple for connection of the vacuum pump and a nipple for draining wastes. There are access holes in each part of the chamber. The lower part of the chamber functions as a cavity resonator with a generator unit tightly welded on to them on the outside so that the radiator from the magnetron is turned into the resonator inside. The cavity resonator is formed between the chamber lower base and the perforated flooring. Inside the cavity resonator a stirrer made of a dielectric material is positioned, its driving provided for with the help of the gear motor positioned under the cylindrical chamber lower base. In the upper part of the chamber a condenser freezer is positioned. It is connected to the refrigeration circuit positioned on the chamber outside.EFFECT: obtained product quality improvement.1 dwg
