Fresh cabbage is sliced and frozen. Carrots, parsley root and yellow onions are diced and sauteed. Pork meat, leek and herbs are chopped. Wheat flour is sauteed. The mix contains turnip and ornamental cabbage. Turnip is pre-diced and dipped in boiling water. The above ingredients are mixed with tomato paste, salt, pyrolysis wood CO-extract, black pepper and laurel leaf. The prepared mix is packed with bone broth, sealed and sterilised.EFFECT: method enables producing the new preserved food with using alternative herbal raw material with unchanged organoleptic properties of the end product.
