an exhaust gas bypass valve for a serial turbocharger system that receives exhaust gas from an internal combustion engine wherein the exhaust gas bypass valve comprises a valve seat that comprises a peg; and a gasket that comprises a planar portion that defines a perimeter and that comprises a tab that extends from the perimeter of the planar portion for engagement with the peg of the valve seat to secure the gasket to the valve seat, wherein the gasket comprises a V-shaped cross-section that comprises an open side that faces radially inwardly from the perimeter. |
