FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: method can be used to control listener's waking and sleeping states and to manage a reproduction depending on listener's perception. At least two contact electrodes configured as conductive segments of a headphones case are used. The electrodes are placed in external auditory canals; the conductive segments are headphones earpieces either completely, or partially or a surface of those parts of the headphones in contact to an individual's ear. A listener's galvanic ear skin response is measured on the basis that at least one electrode contacts to the ear skin, and at least one electrode contacts to the other ear skin.EFFECT: portability, ease of listening to audio materials by the fatigue or falling asleep listener, facilitated falling asleep in insomnia, simplified analysis of waking and sleeping states with no need for applying additional electrodes on the other parts of body.4 dwg |
