FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. A system of formation of a protocol based on feedback for the thermal treatment of a human or animal body part contains a heat exchange device for heating and/or cooling the body part, connected with a device for the thermal treatment, by means of which the method of the protocol formation is realised. The protocol for the thermal treatment is formed on the basis of the known protocol. Data, related to the patient's response to thermal treatment, are obtained from the body part by means of measurement means. The formed protocol is adapted on the basis of the obtained data by adaptation means. At the stage of the protocol adaptation the quantity of thermal energy, exchanged in the process of thermal treatment and determined by the measurement means, is controlled. The adaptation means is made with a possibility to change the temperature and/or pressure, and/or duration/frequency of thermal treatment cycles, and/or content of the treatment of each cycle of the thermal treatment, and/or duration of the entire treatment.EFFECT: application of the inventions will make it possible to adapt the protocol of the thermal treatment for the patient due to the determination of exchanged thermal energy.17 cl, 5 dwg |
