The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an insulating lamination member. The method includes: a single plate manufacturing step of manufacturing a single wooden plate at a predetermined thickness; a drying step of drying the single plate at the high temperature of 120°C or higher to make the moisture content to be 5% or less; coating 105 wt% of an adhesive including the wooden powder or a water-soluble phenolic resin onto each single plate; drying the single plate coated with the adhesive at a temperature of 120°C or lower; intersecting the pattern of the each plate dried at the low temperature and laminating the plates together; and attaching the temporal adhesion member formed by laminating the single plates together for the first time by using a hydraulic press, enhancing the adhesion by pressing the temporal adhesion member with a heating press at 130-160°C and at the pressure of 100 and 300 kgf/cm^3 before blocking the hot water and circulating coolant to prevent the deformation and attach the plates for the second time to form a laminate. |
