The present invention relates to a method for setting a downlink HARQ-ACK timing and an apparatus therefor. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for setting, by a terminal, the downlink HARQ-ACK timing in a case that the terminal includes Pcell and Scell which have duplex modes different from each other, comprises the following steps: the terminal receives a downlink signal with Scell; and the terminal applies an HARQ-ACK timing which is set to be used in a duplex mode of Pcell as the HARQ-ACK timing for the received downlink signal.
